Siemens Gamesa is a global leader in the renewable energy sector, and we're seeking a talented SW System Architect to join our team.

As a key member of our SCADA department, you'll play a crucial role in defining, designing, and implementing modern edge SW platforms for wind farms globally. Your expertise will help us achieve our mission of providing clean energy for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain system architecture, including functional breakdown and allocation according to system requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration
  • Participate in Agile SW sprints and sprint planning activities
  • Publish and maintain all required product documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in system architecture, software engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, including containerization and microservices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office
