Key ResponsibilitiesWe cover all types of real estate, from apartments to villas and land, and are always looking for owners interested in selling. Your role will be to introduce us to these owners, and in return, you'll receive a share of our commission when we sell the property.
This is a great opportunity for those with little experience or time to dedicate, as you can still earn a good income with minimal effort. However, if you're proactive and motivated, you can maximize your earnings and make the most of this opportunity.
As a referral agent, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and dedicate as much or as little time as you like to finding property sellers. We welcome referrals of all types of real estate and will provide you with a share of our commission when we sell the property.
Requirements- No experience is necessary, but a proactive approach and motivation to find property sellers will increase your earnings.
- You'll need a business account to invoice from, but we can receive invoices from any account.
- Fluent Spanish and good English are required, with German and other languages being a bonus but not essential.
