About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our team at MANGO. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Design and implement fixed and variable compensation plans, ensuring equity and fairness.
  • Support the development of job descriptions and job grading systems.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics to track key workforce metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality across all HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Rewards, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Proven expertise in Total Rewards structures design, process improvement, and KPI development.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of English proficiency, with additional languages a plus.
