About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our team at MANGO. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation and Benefits Design: Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis to determine compensation and benefits trends, and make recommendations for adjustments, improvements, or changes to our programs.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Track key workforce metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate total rewards strategies and programs to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Experience: More than 3 years of experience in a Total Rewards department.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Language: High level of English, other languages valuable.
