Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and orchestrating the results to achieve a broad program goal. You will plan and implement schedules, monitor program progress, and define and report program roadmaps, status, and development issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to achieve program goals
- Plan and implement schedules, and monitor program progress
- Define and report program roadmaps, status, and development issues
- Identify and monitor areas of risk, and continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule
- Build and manage budgets, and facilitate communication and coordination among projects
- Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, and maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices impacting component projects or overall program
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on DR, Datacenters, Private Cloud, and Network
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills to senior leaders
- Project plan preparation from high-level to technical details, including plan and estimate milestones/activities (effort/duration) and identify role/skill sets per activity (systems, OS, middleware)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background within Systems Engineering and/or IT Operations
