### Project Manager Job Description

#### About the Role

Grooo Ab is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Fixed Mount Solutions RD team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project activities and ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects related to intelligent camera systems, video detection management systems, and their integration.
* Work as part of the Project Management Office (PMO) to define and deliver key project goals.
* Define the project charter, set priorities, and plan across functions.
* Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
* Coordinate meetings, track progress, and identify risks or issues.
* Oversee budget management, risk analysis, and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with project and engineering lifecycles and provide administrative support for project activities.

#### Required Skills and Qualifications

* 5 years of experience in a technology environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
* Proven experience in program and project execution.
* Cross-functional project management ownership.
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), or Project Management.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Experience with project management tools such as PPM-Pro, Jira, MS Project, and documentation tools like Confluence.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Basic understanding of system engineering.

#### Desirable Skills

* Experience in network and cybersecurity.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (ISO, legal aspects of development, component licensing).
* Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
* Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
