About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Coordinator Lead to join our Compliance Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and meeting company goals.
The FCC Coordinator Lead will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will work closely with the senior programme coordinator to plan new projects, prepare meeting packs, and create programme reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor project status and track key compliance activities
- Maintain trackers and reports for ongoing initiatives
- Liaise with task owners to ensure timely completion
- Support in daily administrative activities
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating activities
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in planning projects
- Familiarity with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF)
- Ability to generate analytical reports
