Role

As a seasoned SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Expert at Alight, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP HR and euHReka to guarantee the correct operation of these applications and maintain a high level of performance. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the optimal functioning of our Human Resources systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of current client business processes, utilizing your expertise in SAP, euHReka platforms, and international labor laws to optimize our services.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of one or several SAP HR and euHReka modules, including payroll, time, and schema knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and parameterize business solutions based on client requirements.
  4. Ensure seamless adaptation and parametrization of the solution to meet client needs.
  5. Resolve complex problems related to the functional environment of the application.
  6. Participate in integrated testing and quality assurance processes.
  7. Provide expert training on areas of specialization to colleagues and clients.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and education within the team.
  10. Maintain a global perspective on the application from a functional standpoint.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and best practices in the field.
  12. Ensure proper implementation of solutions in various environments (Development, Test, and Production).
  13. Solve complex problems related to the application environment, applying your knowledge of system parameters and labor laws.
  14. Serve as a functional reference point for one or more areas related to SAP HR and euHReka.
  15. Exercise autonomous decision-making skills.
