Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in at least one module of SAP HR and euHReka, as well as a strong understanding of Spanish payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of current client business processes using functional knowledge of SAP euHReka platforms and laws of different countries to optimize the service.
  • Have knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR and euHReka, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc.
  • Plan parametrization and define business based on taking of requirements.
  • Monitor adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements.
  • Resolve complex problems related to the functional environment of the application.
  • Monitor integrated testing.
  • Complete presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements.
  • Provide training in those areas in which they are specialized for experience and knowledge.
  • Detect potential risk.
  • Encourage the education of the people in the team.
  • Have a global view of the application from the functional point of view.
  • Maintain differential knowledge and perform continuous updating of that knowledge.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test, and Production).
  • Solve complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and knowledge of legislation in the specific country.
