Key Responsibilities
ACT AS A BRAND REPRESENTATIVE
• Embody and communicate the core values of the brand.
• Promote the brand and its offerings effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products across all categories.
MEET SALES OBJECTIVES
• Deliver an exceptional retail experience for customers.
• Adhere to the brand's sales protocols.
• Strive to meet sales goals in alignment with business KPIs.
EXECUTE BRAND SERVICES AT THE RETAIL LOCATION
• Provide makeup services as outlined by the brand.
• Offer personalized advice to clients based on their preferences and needs.
ENSURE BRAND INTEGRITY AT THE RETAIL LOCATION
• Uphold excellence in the retail environment.
• Ensure brand visibility aligns with established guidelines and maintain the quality of materials.
• Implement and organize the brand's retail standards effectively.
• Report any incidents as necessary.
TRAIN AND INSPIRE THE TEAM
• Ensure the entire team is knowledgeable about the brand and its products.
• Foster team motivation through training and engaging activities.
PREPARE PERFORMANCE REPORTS
• Conduct weekly sales reports and monitor retail performance.
• Share insights on market trends, news, and competitive landscape with the central team.
• Provide product feedback to the core team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Passionate about the beauty industry with substantial experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury brands.Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or Makeup Artist.Sales-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience and loyalty.Ambitious in achieving both quantitative and qualitative goals.Strong interpersonal and listening skills.Effective communicator and team player, committed to responsibilities.Flexible regarding working hours and tasks.Proficiency in English is highly valued.What You Will Appreciate About PUIG
