Travel Agent

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer care professional to join our team at BizAway. As a Travel Agent - Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Respond to client requests through our platform, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns.
• Enter customer information into our system to issue reservations or update bookings.
• Make reservations for clients through our platform.
• Explain rules and procedures to use our service in the platform.
• Explain service rules (hotel, car, train, etc.).

**Requirements**

• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up).
• Availability to work in shifts (07:00 to 00:00).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of previous experience helping customers in any capacity/line of work.
• The ability to speak English and Italian is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check.
