We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BizAway. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless experience for our clients. You will be working closely with our platform to respond to client requests, enter customer information, and issue reservations or updates as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish (B2 and up). You should also be available to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and at least 3 years of previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
