Family Studies Research Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher to lead our Family Studies research projects at the Institute for Advanced Family Studies (IESF) in Barcelona.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the implementation of research projects as a principal investigator
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and international scientific environment with a talented team of professionals. As a leading researcher, you will have the chance to contribute to groundbreaking research in the field of family studies and make a significant impact on policy and practice.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in a discipline related to the position
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proven experience in leading research projects, including data analysis and publication writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong track record of publications, participation in funded research projects, and proven research experience in the area of family studies are highly desirable.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience. The estimated annual salary for this role is €60,000, plus benefits, in a dynamic and international scientific environment.
In addition to the attractive compensation package, we also offer:
- A full-time contract
- A start date of January 2025 (negotiable)
