Job Description

We are seeking a passionate individual who is eager to work in an environment where no 2 days are the same and where individual contribution can make a difference in our success story. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will empower our customers to sell transfers, tours & activities digitally by providing a scalable, reliable and easily-maintainable infrastructure running our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable the engineering squads with a scalable and reliable infrastructure to deploy their services.
  • Constantly seek optimization opportunities on our tech stack and keep up with the latest trends and enhancements in the AWS environment.
  • Optimize the performance of our services by looking at data points collected in our AWS ecosystem.
  • Keep tabs on our security standards and ensure we are protected from attacks.
  • Take initiative to improve existing solutions, challenge decisions, propose augmented alternatives and address technical debt.
  • Contribute to our roadmap creation process by supporting with estimations and impact analysis.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in cloud engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of the AWS ecosystem.
  • Extensive knowledge on operating Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience of building and managing microservices in the cloud.
  • Good understanding of Service Oriented and Microservice Architecture.
  • Knowledgeable on SQL and No-SQL databases.
  • Knowing Argo CD is a big plus.
