About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at TUI, you will be part of a cross-functional team that enables software development skills and capabilities across a whole domain. You will own the software products from conception to operation, working closely with your team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop resilient and high-performing cloud-native applications using AWS services and cloud design patterns.
• Design, build, test, and deploy software, contributing to increasing automation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with domain Practice teams and Group Enabler teams to research, evaluate, and test new approaches, processes, and tools.
• Coach, guide, and develop more junior colleagues, promoting a culture of ownership and self-organisation.

About You

We are looking for a skilled software engineer with strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6/7/8/next, TypeScript) and its ecosystem, as well as experience with recent JavaScript frameworks. You should have a deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and general understanding of UI design. Excellent knowledge of applying web delivery design principles for websites and web applications is also required. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of front-end performance aspects, analysis, and optimisation.
