Elementary School Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified Elementary Homeroom Teacher to join our team at Aquinas American School / Atlas American School of Málaga / TBSON. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a high-quality education to our students.

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students.
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies that align with school goals and objectives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and to enhance teaching skills.
• Attend meetings and serve on committees as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in an elementary setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting.
