• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic growth, creativity, and social development.
• Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, staff, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Maintain accurate records of conferences, evaluations, and other essential information.

• Work closely with administration to implement school policies and promote a positive school culture.

• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Competitive salary: €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
