Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development and support of our AI Platform. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and maintain our AI Platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our AI Platform, ensuring seamless integration with our Data Platform and other internal systems.
- Design new AI features and support them with data, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Design logging and live quality monitoring approaches to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge: System design skills, experience in designing complex IT systems with AI, ML, and analytical components.
- Proficiency in Python (Python 3, data processing and analytics), strong skills in SQL for data analysis and investigation.
- Knowledge of machine learning: classification, learning, metrics, overfitting, basic knowledge of deep learning, LLM (transformers, attention mechanism), prompting.
- Familiarity with BI Reporting tools and ML libraries in Python (for ML, NLP, and deep learning).
- Data-centric Experimentations: understanding of data-driven hypothesis testing, skill of proving arguments with data in a proper scientific way.
- Communication: English B1/B2 to participate in complex technical and mathematical discussions with colleagues, ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a supportive and polite manner.
- Innovative Spirit: drive to think out of the box, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the team's goal of being a profitable unit.
- Team Player: while individual contributions are valued, it's essential to collaborate and share knowledge within the team and the broader organization.
