We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relations Executive to join our team in Southern Europe, reporting to the CR Director. This role will be responsible for implementing the Europe CR Strategy in the Southern Europe market and providing support in the Communications pillar.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy to engage employees and stakeholders in Southern Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and communications materials, including video and written content.
- Manage external vendors and partners to support the CR function, including budget and vendor tracking.
- Contribute to the organization of key corporate events and activities, including the positive drinking and inclusivity programs Learning for Life, Smashed, Wrong Side of the Road, and DrinkIQ.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Southern Europe market, including business strategy, goals, brands, innovations, policies, and practices.
- Collaborate with the Southern Europe CR Team to deliver internal and external communications for the geography, supporting the MD and the reputation pillar.
- Demonstrate exceptional personal accountability for great performance, being organized and reliable while responding to rapidly changing requirements.
About You
- 1+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications, either in-house or in a public relations agency.
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing PR agencies and other external partners.
- Full proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and Spanish is required; other Southern European languages (French, Greek, Italian, or Portuguese) would be a plus.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain genuine relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at different levels and the confidence to provide support to others.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to excel when dealing with ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and matrixed environment.
