Job Title: Compliance Governance Specialist

Bullhorn is a leading provider of cloud-based software for the staffing and recruitment industry. We are committed to building a culture of compliance and are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Governance Specialist to join our team.

Job Purpose:

The main goal of this role is to support Bullhorn's commitment to comply with applicable AI regulations and data protection legislation. You will work closely with the Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to review the compliance of our services, including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit the compliance of our products with the EU AI Act and applicable data protection legislation.
  • Report audit results and document findings.
  • Follow up with teams to track findings to completion.
  • Communicate changes to requirements to the internal organization.
  • Support assessments of third-party vendors for privacy compliance and AI use.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience with privacy regulations such as the GDPR.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and data protection principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully navigate an international organization involving multiple teams.
