We are seeking a results-driven Barcelona Revenue Growth Specialist to join our Ikigai Talent Group team in Barcelona.
As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth strategies across various markets, including group, corporate, leisure, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports and make sales strategy decisions based on that information to ensure hotel's RevPAR and good positioning within the comp set.
- Organize and participate in fam trips, plan and attend sales blitzes/missions for the hotel group in key markets with qualified pre-trip agendas and detailed post-trip reports.
- Develop and maintain market trends and competitive set data knowledge to contribute to revenue strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales roles, with at least 3 years as a senior manager or ADOS within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
