Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Pullman Luang Prabang Hotels. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to raise hotel awareness and promote our offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute display advertising campaigns, including retargeting to increase hotel visibility and drive bookings.
  • Define budget and brief media agencies for creative and media planning.
  • Optimize and analyze campaign ROI to ensure maximum return on investment.

Social Media and Online Reputation:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives, including establishing a hotel presence on key platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Manage social media agencies and drive results, ensuring a strong online presence and reputation.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, maintaining a positive hotel reputation and addressing guest concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, including SEO, PPC, display advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
