Role Overview:

This role is responsible for the financial management of the cluster, working closely with the Manager Business Services to provide financial insights and support in driving cluster performance.

The Financial Controller will be involved in various financial activities, including budgeting, product costing, and investment monitoring, as well as procurement and HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver product cost plans, analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and control the operations inventory accounting process.
  • Establish and deliver cluster budgets and forecasts.
  • Drive and deliver period-end closing analysis and reporting.
  • Support the end-to-end CAPEX process, including financial justification and post-investment review.
  • Collaborate with the HR specialist within the cluster as needed.
  • Generate and request purchase orders for goods and services required by the business in the cluster.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts for small-value purchases, ensuring compliance with Sibelco procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, experience in procurement and HR, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
