About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Architect to join our team at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. as we continue to drive digital growth efforts for our B2B business. As a key member of our Experience Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX Design, Research, and Technology, to design and deliver user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Design and implement user experience solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with our business goals.
  • Work closely with our Product team to develop and refine product roadmaps that prioritize user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring that it is well-documented and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design and deliver user-centered experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design methodologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
