Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Assisting in the formulation of a subject recruitment strategy
  • Assessing the quality and integrity of site practices in compliance with regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
  • Overseeing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and resolving data queries
  • Collaborating with specialists at study sites and client representatives

Required Qualifications:

  • A university degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare
  • A minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical research regulatory requirements
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
  • Excellent command of both Spanish and English
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license class B
