Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist Trainee to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service: Greet guests warmly, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations: Check-in/check-out guests, handle room allocations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with the booking department to manage bookings, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as preparing reports and maintaining inventory.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in English and Spanish, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing tourism-related studies: Candidates with a background in tourism or hospitality will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: Capacity to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
