Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Engagement Specialist to join our international team across Europe. This role is ideal for a creative, innovative, and proactive individual who can effectively engage online communities and drive meaningful interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Presence & Operations: Manage and coordinate social media presence for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
- Outreach & Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and online communities through active engagement and promotion of brand loyalty.
- Trendspotting & Adaptation: Stay ahead of social media trends and respond with timely and relevant content to maintain a strong brand presence.
- Crisis Management: Monitor online conversations, address negative feedback, and collaborate with customer service to maintain a positive brand image.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media outreach, preferably within the digital marketing space.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of social media platforms, and familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach tools.
- Personal Attributes: Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to community engagement, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
