About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Sungrow Europe. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of supply projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, report and escalate to management as needed, and establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties/vendors, and internal teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project documentation and handover certification, and produce progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management, or engineering.
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector.
  • Technical Skills: Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and Chinese are also a plus), solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
