Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a focus on Paid Social and Video.
• Research and propose paid search campaigns, including designing and developing strategy, identifying proper landing pages, audiences, tracking, and campaign analysis.
• Track campaign performance and optimize with respect to pacing, bidding management, audience analysis, landing page and ad copy testing, and ad creative performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Work with the global campaigns team to develop testing roadmaps, recommending best practices and conversion-oriented copy based on industry standards.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and communicate performance and recommendations to key stakeholders.
About You:
• Passionate about digital marketing with knowledge of each platform's particularities and how to communicate performance through storytelling.
• Team player who can manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while adhering to the process.
• Knowledge of production management platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads Manager, Facebook Campaign Ads, YouTube, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Analytical with the ability to evaluate data and interpret results.
• Detail-oriented with a desire to achieve objectives accurately.
• Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability.
• Ability to learn new systems and workflows.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent working experience.
• 3-5 years of Paid Social experience; B2B Marketing experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of social and analytics platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English + French or German is required.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Analytics, Search Cloud, AEM, Measure/Bizible).
