- Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team holidays or absences, guaranteeing continuity.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations, delivering exceptional service.
- Draft rental agreement contracts, ensuring compliance and clarity.
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team, fostering optimal performance and career growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams, analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
