Job Summary

The Hyperion Materials & Technologies Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the production unit quality management system meets the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This role will involve engaging in activities to support the company's strategic direction of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions.
  • Oversee and analyze internal and supplier nonconformities.
  • Monitor and analyze quality indicators.
  • Participate in the development of new products and modifications to existing ones, including customer requirements, control plans, and homologations.
  • Validate equipment and PPAPs as required by customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the quality system.
  • Prepare quality certificates for customers.
  • Perform internal audits of systems, processes, and products.
  • Train operators on quality-related topics.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the industrial sector in quality, production, or engineering.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
  • Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001 quality systems.
  • Proficiency in quality and problem-solving tools.
  • Knowledge of metallurgy.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Drawing interpretation skills.
  • Education in Industrial Materials Engineering or a related field.
  • High level of English proficiency.
