People Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Development Specialist to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our people development and engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Career Management, Performance & Development, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy career development processes and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the growth of our employees and help build a future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and Manage Career Development Tools: Implement career maps and learning paths, participate in and manage development projects to enhance employee skills and engagement, such as mentoring.
- Oversee People Review Campaigns: Identify talents and succession planning, support career growth, and ensure that our employees have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Manage Internal Communications: Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to promote people development and engagement initiatives within the company.
- Generate and Analyze Reports: Develop and analyze reports related to talent management and other key metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Coordinate Top Employer Audit: Ensure that our organization meets the highest standards of people development and engagement, as recognized by the Top Employer audit.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects related to the development pillar of our people development strategy, such as skills paths and online skills repository tools.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in people development, skills paths, and talent management or related roles.
- Skills: Strong passion for people development and engagement, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), good communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English (oral and written).
- Personal Qualities: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude, and ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
