Customer Service & Support (CSS) Organization
The CSS organization is responsible for helping customers and partners resolve their issues quickly, prevent future problems from occurring, and demonstrate new ways to achieve more from their Microsoft investment. We strive to deliver connected support experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive greater customer loyalty and trust.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Lead to join our team. As a Technical Support Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest and most strategic customers, providing expert technical support and guidance during times of significant and complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Cloud, Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
- Develop strategic programs to deliver world-class customer support outcomes, working closely with account teams and Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs).
- Manage highly complex levels of escalated problems, involving a broad range of technical issues.
- Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
- Travel to customer sites to meet with senior executives and manage crisis situations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Cloud, Azure, Identity, M365, CoPilot, Security, and Management.
- Strong domain knowledge and ability to make progressive and thoughtful strategic proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior decision makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
