Junior Privacy

Edenred Finland Oy is seeking a highly skilled Junior Privacy & Data Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with data protection regulations and laws.

• Support the local Data Protection Officer (DPO) in managing daily tasks to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in projects related to data protection and group compliance to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Maintain an updated record of data processing activities.
• Review Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) and Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) with clients, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Keep an updated list of assets and vendors.
• Support the development and adaptation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Liability Impact Assessments (LIAs).
• Support document management, drafting procedures, and incident response management.
• Draft data protection clauses.
• Analyze international data transfers and requirements.
• Support internal awareness and training on data protection and privacy.
• Support the management of data subject rights.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of data protection regulations and laws. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.
