Senior Print Production Manager

Craft Madrid is seeking a highly skilled Senior Print Producer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of print projects, working closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and oversee the design production of client master collateral, press, and OOH resizes with the print studio.
- Manage ongoing print communication and workflow with internal and external teams, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
- Understand media production plans and print specifications to ensure deliverables are compliant with suppliers' and clients' requirements.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring assigned projects are delivered to the highest quality, within timescales and budget.
- Understand client requirements and feedback from clients, creative, and account management teams.
- Participate in creating estimates, POs, managing cost reconciliation, and projects using project management tools and procurement management systems.
- 2-3 years of work experience managing and executing a variety of print projects in an agency or in-house setting.
- Fluent in French (C1+).
- Understanding of advertising agency workflow.
- Solution-oriented, self-driven, comfortable working independently, and able to exercise good judgment in tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to efficiently communicate in a multicultural environment with internal team members and outside vendors.
- Well-organized and resilient in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive thinker with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn project management software.
- Indefinite contract.
