We are seeking a skilled Freelance Healthcare Talent Sourcer to join our team at Inno Consulting in Viladecans, Barcelona. As a Freelance Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of high-volume recruitment projects for top-tier clients.
About the Role
This is a commission-based position, ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
- Keep up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Healthcare Talent Sourcer with:
A proven track record in fast-paced sourcing environments, preferably in an agency setting, with a specialization in healthcare recruitment.Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms.The ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and working collaboratively with recruitment teams.Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a commission-only environment where performance directly drives earnings.What We Offer
