Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning DevOps Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our global digital service team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital ambitions and driving forward the digital transformation of BASF.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a global expert in supply chain planning, supporting the development and implementation of customer-centric digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a self-organized way, quickly gaining knowledge on specific BASF supply chain planning processes.
  • Deep-dive into the supply chain planning environment, focusing on Sales & Operational planning and Supply (Network) Planning.
  • Make best use of BASF supply chain planning tools, such as APO, IBP, GIB, and OMP.
  • Participate in supply chain planning system squads, working on functional development, solution design, system configuration, and ongoing support.
  • Shape the future of BASF supply chain planning landscape by creating solution designs and interacting with business units on their specific requests.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning and DevOps engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of BASF supply chain planning tools and processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
