Job Description

We're looking for a Senior User Researcher to join our Global Product Insights team. As a member of this team, you'll be responsible for leading user research initiatives within a specific product area, working closely with product teams and stakeholders to identify product insights needs and develop actionable research findings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive product insights initiatives, including research planning, execution, and reporting
  • Mentor and support other researchers in the team, fostering their professional growth and research skills development
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with strategic product and UX goals
