Job Description

**About the Role**

The Digital Innovation Strategist will be a key member of the Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) department at Reconocida Empresa. This role will focus on driving innovation and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a Global Portal Solution to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Project Management to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company processes and workflows.
  • Support the review of promotional materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement editorial plans and media strategies to promote the company's web presence.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics analysis to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage with customers and promote the company's brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing, V&A, and medical teams to develop digital assets and campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of Customer Engagement Plans to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Economic or Business Administration, Engineer, or IT degree.
  • Preferably some experience in Digital marketing.
  • Solid English command.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, optimistic, and flexible attitude.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
