About the RoleThis role will be part of the Corporate Relations function in Southern Europe, reporting to the CR Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Europe CR Strategy in the Southern Europe market, providing support in the Communications pillar, and coordinating internal communications channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy for Southern Europe, ensuring alignment with Diageo's global goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content and communications activities that engage employees and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain internal communications channels, including townhalls, video and written employee information channels.
- Represent the CR function in organizing teams of key corporate events and deliver the comms & engagement programme for Southern Europe.
- Contribute to the organization of Spain-based activities of Diageo's positive drinking and inclusivity programmes, including Learning for Life, Smashed, Wrong Side of the Road, and DrinkIQ.
- Provide administrative support to the CR function, including budget and vendor tracking.
- Proven experience in corporate relations, communications, or a related field, with a strong understanding of internal communications strategies and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
