Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage all installation activities for the project, ensuring alignment with the project's strategy and compliance with Alstom's policies and standards.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including Project Manager, Project Core Team, Regional Centre Installation Manager, and Regional Centre EHS Manager.
- Manage internal interfaces within Project: Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing, and external technical interfaces: Partners, Third Parties, and Customers.
- Organise the installation work and manage installation work packages, ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery) commitments.
- Deliver engineering studies, including Bill of Installation Materials/Quantities, Method Statements, Installation Materials Specification Requirements, Installation drawings, and configuration.
- Assist procurement, focusing on installation suppliers, and prepare and manage installation, including installation work, work permits, and interface with warehouse.
- Ensure EHS on field, adhering to Alstom's zero deviation policies and ensuring installers or subcontractors follow Alstom's EHS policies.
- Monitor and manage QCD performances, including EHS and RSA (Railway Safety), reporting and anticipating issues, and monitoring milestone progress with regular project KPI reports.
- Project Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
