Job Summary
Alstom is seeking a skilled Project Installation Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all installation activities to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal interfaces within the project team, including Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing, and external technical interfaces with partners, third parties, and customers.
- Organize and manage installation work, including the creation of installation plans, method statements, and installation materials specifications.
- Assist with procurement, focusing on installation suppliers, and prepare and manage installation work, including work permits and interfaces with warehouse.
- Ensure EHS compliance on site, adhering to Alstom's zero deviation policies and ensuring that installers and subcontractors follow Alstom's EHS policies.
- Monitor and manage QCD performances, including EHS and RSA, and report and anticipate issues, monitoring milestone progress dashboards with regular project KPI reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on installation and commissioning.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
