We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Data Analyst to join our team at Free Now. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new product features and improvements, and estimate their potential impact.
- Engage with product squads to understand problems that need to be solved, gather requirements, and define deliverables that meet business needs.
- Own analysis from ideation to communication of results, making recommendations to all levels of the company, including senior management.
- Develop and evaluate A/B tests and other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features.
- Work closely with developers and data engineers to create and capture data aligned with business logic and enable modeling and analysis.
- Be involved throughout the product lifecycle to ensure a data-driven process.
- Bring new insights and champion them using analyses, dashboards, and effective storytelling.
- Curiosity and a drive to answer 'why' things happened, aiming for well-founded actionable results.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other fields with a strong mathematical-statistical background.
- Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably in tech product organizations.
- Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven experience in solving challenging problems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools (e.g. Python, R).
- Advanced expertise in designing digital experiments and analyzing A/B test results.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, Firebase).
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and engage decision-makers with data visualization and storytelling.
