About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and developing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Amazon Logistics metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies to implement them.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions.
  • Communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to drive critical business actions.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
  • Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging and solid operational plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
