About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team at Izi Solutions Habitat. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers across the entire customer journey, from pipeline creation to renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to customers, supporting them in creating and implementing solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
