About the Role:
Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Consultant. As a key member of our Practice Area, you will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to understand their key challenges and define IT strategies that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy customized IT strategies and digital platforms to leverage the digital potential of our clients with state-of-the-art tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
  • Evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations and escalations.
  • Develop ground-breaking projects by enabling our clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in the context of strategic IT implementation.

Requirements:
  • Between 6-10 years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
  • Prior IT consulting experience is preferable or similar roles with a focus on technology and digital initiatives.
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus, and mental agility with a results orientation.
  • Strong technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Solution and Enterprise Architecture, IT Modernisation, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Platforms, Physical and Digital Channels, ERP and Manufacturing Platforms, Banking and Insurance Platforms, Dev Ops and Bimodal IT.
