About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior IT consultant to join our Platinion practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their IT challenges, define strategies, and drive digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy customized IT strategies and digital platforms to leverage client potential
  • Evaluate and coach client technology teams to ensure quality and risk management
  • Collaborate with BCG case teams to transform client potential into performance
  • Develop groundbreaking projects using agile methods and modern approaches
Requirements
  • Between 6-10 years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus, and mental agility
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as solution architecture, cyber security, data analytics, and DevOps
  • Experience in legacy environments and modern approaches to technology
  • Track record of agile consulting and advisory with experience in digital and agile transformations at scale
