Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our team in Granollers.
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for executing initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensuring effective execution, coordination, tracking, and communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging, and processes for the plant.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site
- Ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking, and communication of change
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Strong operational and manufacturing experience in 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
- Project management skills and knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- 4 years University Degree (Engineering degree or combination of Business Management and engineering preferred)
- Fluent English language skills
