Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our Service Owners, ensuring the accurate allocation of costs and revenue, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and transparent cost allocation models to ensure proper financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide financial guidance and support to Service Owners, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Participate in weekly demand book sessions and quarterly true-up calculations
  • Support the development of business cases and proposals for new initiatives

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in SAP and other financial software systems
  • Fluency in English and French (optional)
