This role is a unique opportunity to join Ch7 Kardex As Solutions Ag as a Digital Solutions Project Manager, responsible for managing AutoStore After Sales Projects across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration or engineering, excellent English skills, and proficiency in a local European language.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can drive project implementation, oversee project progress, and adapt work as required. This includes coordinating staff, external and internal resources, maintaining customer communication, and establishing effective working relationships across boundaries. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risks, consult, propose, negotiate, and agree on solutions to optimize and improve processes where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage AutoStore solutions projects in the after-sales business
* Participate in project sales process if needed
* Ensure smooth transition from sales to realization to service
* Lead training workshops, documents, and time management
* Manage project progress and adapt work as required
* Coordinate staff, external and internal resources
* Maintain constant customer communication and establish strong client relationships and other stakeholders
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
* Professional experience in business administration or technical degree in engineering or a similar field
* Excellent English skills and proficiency in a local European language
* Strong leadership skills, including motivating others, driving results-oriented teams, and promoting collaboration
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to establish effective working relationships across boundaries
* Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from €60,000 to €90,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
